TERMS OF SERVICE
Commissioners, upon payment, agree to the following:CANCELLATION OF SERVICE POLICY:
The artist reserves the right to withdraw service at any time and for any reason. The purpose of payment is to compensate the artist for investments of time, material, etc. made on the piece and, in the event of withdrawal of service, may or may not be refunded partially or in full. In the event of refunding, the amount returned will be proportional to the amount of work completed and will be decided by the artist at time of withdrawal. Similarly, the commissioner may withdraw from the arrangement at any time and for any reason. In this event, the amount of payment returned shall be inversely proportional to the artist's material and time investment at that time.POLICY ON RIGHTS TO COMPLETED WORKS:
The commissioner is granted full rights to use the commissioned work however they please with the notable exception of incorporation in or contribution to Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and knowing contribution to AI training models. The artist reserves the right to display the commissioned work in portfolios as well as any galleries to which the artist is an informed and willing contributor.DIGITAL GOODS STATEMENT:
The final product of this commission will be digital in nature. No physical product will be rendered. The commissioner may print the final product using their own resources, but the artist will render no such service and bears no responsibility to that end.
